How to Enter
- Simply visit each of the participating shopping, dining and entertainment venues at Champlain Centre. Look for the unique Spring Breakout: Grand Giveaway” QR Code clearly labeled near the storefront. Scan the QR code with a mobile device and complete the online entry form.
