Champlain Centre is shining a spotlight on our local small businesses leading up to Shop Small Saturday on November 27th. We are pleased to introduce you to the Chan family, the owners of China Cafe.

The Chan family have owned and operated their business in food court for 27 years. The family moved here in 1995 from Long Island. China Cafe has become deeply rooted in the Plattsburgh community with a following like no other. They believe similar to music good food can bring people together.

When asked what is the most important attribute to success. Teddy Chan, attributes his parents hard work ethic and consistency in which their restaurant delivers high quality food every day.
