Champlain Centre is shining a spotlight on our local small businesses leading up to Shop Small Saturday on November 27th. We are pleased to introduce you to Jeff Prescott, the owner of Fun Zone arcade.

 

Fun Zone is a part of Jeff’s family business Valley Vending. Valley Vending is a full line amusement and vending company. They operate amusement games, music, snack & beverage vending as well as coffee and ATM machines. His family business Valley Vending has been in operation for 64 years. They chose to open a business in the mall when they saw the high foot traffic the mall received.  Jeff loves that his arcade is able to provide entertainment for all ages. Valley Vending donates to many local charities including Rotary, churches and event fundraisers.

 

Jeff’s business advice for anyone interested in starting a business is to be present & engaged in your business.  It is really easy to get complacent.
